beer belly diet, how to lose a beer gut, lose weight drinking beer
How to lose a beer gut in three quick and easy steps. I wish I had realised this a long time ago, but the damage had already been done. I carried around excess frontage which didn’t please me, and so I reached the point where something needed to be done. I needed to know how to lose my beer belly and this is what I discovered.
Address the cause. Clearly with the label of ‘beer gut’ it’s not hard to fathom out the main root of the problem. Beer. I like a beer. I like a couple of beers. I like beer. Perhaps the misguided thoughts I’d had of having to cut out beer completely to lose my beer gut had scared me off, made me procrastinate in doing anything about it. But I realised that you don’t have to cut out completely, just cut down the consumption. It is very high in calories after all.
Exercise. It’s easier to exercise in one’s mind than it is to traipse down to the gym and show off the body which you are less than happy with to begin with, and get embarrassed by the super-fit bodies around you. But exercise comes in many forms, walking, a game of squash, some sit-ups in the bedroom, sex, swimming and you don’t have to face the gym at all. A slow, progressive exercise program to suit you, even just 30 minutes at 3 or 4 times per week will start to show results in as little as 10 weeks approximately. Anything you can do to burn more calories than you are consuming will aid in weight loss.
Diet. Simply stopping drinking isn’t how to lose a beer gut. It’s a nice straightforward thought but it’s a little more complicated than that. A healthy food diet will help treat your internal organs and energy hungry processes like the digestive system to all the nutrients, enzymes and vitamins that they need to work efficiently. If you’re not eating healthy, then it will be harder to lose weight whether you give up beer completely or not.
Three easy steps. All that were able to be implemented the very day I knew that I needed to show my body how to lose a beer gut.

alkaline body balance
Keeping an alkaline body balance could possibly be one of the best things you can do for your body. Not only are the rewards to your health great, but the method of which you can get to the point of maintaining that alkaline body balance could mean an abundance of benefits.
We don’t need, want, or should not have too much acid within our systems. Our bodies weren’t designed for that as we are creatures of alkalinity. Our blood’s natural pH (potential of Hydrogen) level is around 7.4 on the scale, essentially an alkaline based substance.
This balance however can be disrupted by ingesting too much food which is high in acids, and that is when things can go wrong with health. Like with pretty much everything, as soon as a natural balance is disrupted, then things start falling out of order, a domino effect can be initiated, and in the case of the body, one health issue can lead to another and another. Prolonged exposure to an acid rich diet can lead to very serious health issues.
So keeping an alkaline body balance means that everything inside of you should be working how it should. The body will have the right amount of elements and minerals it’s natural operation needs on a daily basis. When this happens, health is at a level of strength and greatness. Disease, bacteria and infections will find it harder to break through a fortified immune system.
Not only will an alkaline body balance bring you to a natural state of health inside, but other factors get their rewards too. Keeping the right amount of alkalinity in your blood can promote longevity and battle against the signs of aging. An alkalizing diet, essential for balancing yourself, can also aid with weight loss because of the nature of foods you will be eating to get the necessary alkaline. As well as being a form of preventative medicine by keeping your immune system healthy, it can also lead you to have a lot more energy and vitality in your life.
An alkaline body balance. Weigh it up for yourself and see which side you want to stand on.

alkaline food list, list of alkaline food
Want to read yourself to a healthier lifestyle? Sounds good, no? Then one suggestion I would like to make to you, if I may, is to go and read a list of alkaline food. Why? It could open your eyes to how little alkaline you may be getting at the moment and why you should make amends and changes in your life in order to invite more in.
Alkaline is the body’s natural pH level and eating too much of the common acid high foods can drain the body of these natural levels. You don’t want that to happen, because then the body becomes this breeding ground for all kinds of nasty bacteria, which opens the door to infections and diseases to come in a make themselves at home. You don’t want that to happen either.
A good list of alkaline food will point you in the right direction towards getting the right balance between acidic and alkaline foods. It’s important that the alkaline foods outweigh the acid ones. Around 70 to 80% of your diet should be alkaline. Those kind of percentages will help maintain the natural level that you were born with.
If you are getting more alkaline then you obviously will be cutting back on the acid content within you. This means the body will work more efficiently and not be wasting energy in performing clean up tasks to get rid of those stubborn acids that want to hang around and just gatecrash all the well-being parties that should be going on inside you.
What does a list of alkaline food look like. Well, mostly vegetables and fruits, soya based products instead of real dairy ones. You just take the acid foods in moderation as they still offer vital nutrients themselves. But you will have the right balance that you body wants fed to it, the right balance of alkaline foods over acid ones.
Your body will be cleaner on the inside, stronger and possibly younger looking on the outside.
