The pH Miracle Diet has been gaining world-wide recognition and respect as an authority on the most natural way to lose weight. It’s author, Dr Robert Young, has carried out extensive research on how the body reacts to both acidic and alkaline substances. Both of which can have either a positive or negative affect on our pH levels.

To get straight to the point, if our pH is more acidic than alkaline then that is when we start to hold on to fat, toxins and excess water – and eventually put on weight. The extra acidic levels in our body has a longterm detrimental affect on our blood, cells and other organs as it struggles to counteract the excess acids in the body. This is also when we start to become more ill and our body diseased.

Firstly, if you are overweight, then your body is too acidic. Many people will say, well it could be down to taking in too many calories (which is definitely a factor) or another medical reason such as diabetes or under-active thyroid. Well, let me explain that diseases and disorders such as these are as a direct result of your body becoming too acidic. This left untreated leads to illness, disease and death.

So had do we rectify this? Change your diet from one that is acidic to one that is predominantly alkaline. Commonly known as the pH Miracle Diet or the Acid Alkaline Balance diet.

Changing to this way of eating is much easier than it sounds, though I recommend it be done gradually as you can get nasty toxic withdrawal symptoms if it isn’t done right (as I did!) Following Dr Robert Young’s recommendations in the pH Miracle Diet is important, though there are now many other acid and alkaline balance authors bringing out their success stories and step by step weight loss plans to help you.

It all sounds a bit depressing – especially how it can affect our overall wellbeing. But let me tell you, this is the only way that I have found to not only lose the fat fast (average a pound per day), keep it off long term and become well from a lot of ill health in my life.
