How An Alkalizing Diet Can Cure Unbearable Pain

However not many people are aware of its ability to reduce and even cure pain in the body, especially for those suffering from chronic arthritis, and bowel disorders.
Not many people are aware of how acidic the foods are that they eat. These acids build up in our body as there is no way to eliminate them without detoxifying our body by eating a more alkalizing diet. These acids deposit themselves on our bones and joints and cause inflammation which results in stiffness, swelling and severe pain.
In the process of this our body needs to use up its stores of calcium and minerals in order to buffer the acids which can, over time, lead to disorders such as osteoporosis and other painful bone conditions.
I suffered for years from excrutiating pain in my lower back, a combination of stress on my body from pregnancies and eating a poor diet of acidic foods such as diet coke, white bread, processed foods and even drinking acidic tap water.
It wasn’t until I eliminated most of these types of foods from my diet and started eating more alkalizing foods such as salads, vegetables, drinking higher pH waters, fruit and vegetable juices, that my body started to get properly nourished (probably for the first time since I was a child!) and the pain went away completely. I also started to notice that a long term problem I had with pain from a broken wrist went away too.
I started my parents on this diet and my mum suffers from chronic arthritis in her neck and wrists and diverticulitis, and she was amazed at how she no longer needed to take toxic painkillers and was able to do her gardening once again. My Dad noticed a remarkable improvement in his back. Of course an extra benefit is you lose unnecessary weight and have more energy too. Not to mention a glowing skin.
Most people who embark on diets feel they need to do them 100% or they don’t get any benefits from them. We only did it 60-75% and the difference in our pain was incredible. Imagine if you are suffering from unbearable pain in your body what could be achieved by doing this or even more.
